Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use SHAKEaFLICK. By creating an account you confirm you meet this requirement.

Your Content

You own the videos you post. By posting to SHAKEaFLICK you grant us a license to display your content in the public feed and on our website. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share content you post.

Prohibited Content

You may not post content that is illegal, violent, sexually explicit, harassing, or that infringes on the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms.

Coins

Coins are purchased within the app and used to support creators. Coins have no cash value and are non-refundable. Coin transactions are final.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by visiting our account deletion page.

SHAKEaFLICK is provided as-is. We are not responsible for content posted by users. Use the app at your own risk.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
